Precise object positioning to within 0.01 mm with laser sensors
Repeatability, measuring rate or response time – all important key figures for solving highly precise detection tasks in assembly & handling. Our photoelectric sensors are measurably better at this. For the detection of very small objects, narrow gaps or precise triggering and that at fast cycle rates, the O200 miniature sensor with focused laser light beam is the perfect solution, especially in tight spaces. Maximum reproducibility is ensured by a minimum jitter of less than 20 microseconds. In the packaging industry, for example, this allows a tubular bag to be cut to fit precisely, thereby significantly minimizing material waste.
Saving resources with sustainable volume flow measurement
Baumer's electromagnetic flow meters enable efficient process monitoring and control. The PF75S/H convinces with its high accuracy of up to 0.2%, so resources can be optimally utilized through exact metering. The continuous measuring tubes without constriction or internals ensure that no pressure loss occurs in the system. All required information is clearly shown on the CombiSeries display. It also offers intuitive operation with a touch screen and two relay outputs for direct process control. The PF55 combines volume, velocity and temperature measurement in just one sensor. It convinces with its precision, its compact and very robust design especially in industrial environments.
Everything under control? Thermal stability with the CX.XC industrial camera
In particularly controlled environments, fast and high-precision measurement data acquisition is a challenge of its own. Here, thermal stability during the measurement cycle time is of essential importance. The Baumer CX.XC industrial cameras solve exactly this challenge thanks to their patented integrated cooling channel for external cooling. The cooling channel integrated into the compact housing dissipates the heat exactly where it is generated: close to the sensor and the lens. This creates controlled measurement conditions and saves valuable time resources.
Smart profile matching with the OXM Profile Matcher
With the new Profile Matcher tool, the smart OXM profile sensors now enable even easier profile matching for OK/NOK comparisons: a good is placed under the sensor, taught in via the user-friendly web interface and the tolerance threshold is defined. The control can already start. The OXM profile sensors compare the shape of each part in their field of view, whether it is within the set tolerance or not, and sends the respective signal to the control system. In contrast to pure vision sensors, the OXM profile sensor does not require external illumination and detects objects even when they are barely different in color from the background.
Robust & flexible – The MAGRES EAM360/580 encoders
Combines high precision with the robustness of the magnetic measuring principle: The MAGRES EAM family. Available in all common shaft designs, various housing dimensions and interfaces, the encoder is suitable for offshore and off-highway applications such as in cranes, wind turbines and industrial trucks as well as for industrial applications such as in packaging machines, medical technology, assembly systems and the elevator industry. No matter where you want to use it, its compactness makes it particularly easy to integrate. The EAM360/580 is available as a single-turn or multi-turn encoder.
